It is difficult to suspend disbelief when perusing the headlines of the D.C. propaganda medium known as The Washington Post. When I come across a headline that screams hypocrisy, which is a regular occurrence, I read on in anticipation of some entertaining (and possibly enraging) outrageous distortions or "water is dry" statements. The article associated with the headline, "Doctors say Medicare cuts force painful decision about elderly patients" did not disappoint!
The initial reaction, "Hey, wait a minute. Wasn't WaPo a consistent cheerleader for Obamacare?" ebbed and was replaced by the question, "What do these idiot leftists think is going to happen when the federal government tries to administer health care?" Perhaps all leftists aren't idiots, just the ones who actually believe that their ideas are being carried out for the good of those "less fortunate." Those that aren't idiots must know that the the implementation of their ideas often create the "less fortunate" and nurture the "less fortunate" status as a means of control and their own enrichment. Hmmm... what does this say about the quality of character owned by the leftist who is not an idiot?
